Text Marc is a law firm founded by California Attorney Marc H. Phelps. You have three options of how to contact the firm.

• ONE You can simply text your inquiry to Marc at 213-999-MARC, and receive a direct attorney response. You won't get an approximate value this way, but you'll have a direct line to Marc's cell phone, a level of access that is very rare for plaintiffs' attorneys.
• TWO You can use the calculator on the home page to explain any facts or details about your claim that you think are important. Then, enter your information so that we can follow up with you. The calculator will scan thousands of verdicts and settlements in cases similar to yours and generate an estimated value of your claim. While we hope this is helpful to you, it's important to understand that all cases are different (depending on the judge, the way the litigation unfolds, the defendant, and so forth) and that it is impossible to exactly value a case based on limited information and without actually litigating it. The valuations are therefore rough, and for informational purposes only. You shouldn't decide to give up on your case because the tool tells you the value is low, or to expect to win the estimated value if you pursue it. Do with the information what you will, but the best thing is to talk to Marc directly about it and then ascertain your options.
