About Marc

Marc Phelps represent workers, accident victims, and consumers across California. For more than twenty years, he has handled employment, personal injury, and consumer cases. Marc began his career defending employers at large firms and now uses that perspective to hold companies accountable for discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage violations, as well as to go after insurance companies in injury claims.
